How far in advance can you book our service?
We strive to accommodate last-minute requests based on availability and distance. However, we recommend the following notice periods for optimal service:
▪ Driving Academy: At least one hour before your scheduled lesson.
▪ Removal Services: A day prior to your move.
▪ Distributors: At least two hours before item pickup.
What areas do we service?
Our Driving Academy operates exclusively in Gauteng, while our Removal and Delivery services are available nationwide, covering all major cities across South Africa. We also cater to remote locations—please contact us to discuss availability and service options in your area.
Are there any hidden fees in your pricing?
No, our pricing is fully transparent with no hidden fees. We provide an upfront quote tailored to your specific needs, so you’ll know exactly what to expect.

We provide a range of complimentary services when you subscribe to the full package of our offerings.
How can you assist me acquiring professional driving instructor certificate?
We will support you every step of the way in obtaining your professional driving instructor certificate. Our assistance includes guiding you through the process, follow-ups with various departments, and keeping you informed until you receive your certificate.
Do you provide packing materials for moves?
Yes, we provide high-quality packing materials, including boxes, bubble wrap, large item plastic bags, and wrapping tape as part of our packing services. If you’d prefer to pack on your own, you can also purchase these materials directly from us.
How will my items be protected once loaded in the truck?
We use high-quality packer blankets to ensure your items are protected. For high-value items, we recommend using specialized wrapping or packing materials to further minimize the risk of damage.
Can you move my vehicle?
Yes, in collaboration with our trusted moving partners, we can facilitate the transportation of your vehicle. Please contact our sales consultants, and they will arrange everything for you.
What types of items do you handle for deliveries?
We handle a wide variety of items, from small documents and packages to bulk goods and fragile items, ensuring secure and timely delivery and distribution every time.
What is a shuttle service?
In some complexes or estates with access restrictions, smaller trucks or bakkies are required to transport your goods to the desired destination. If you need additional manpower to carry your items which is charged separately, please let us know in advance.
What do you offer with your wooden pallet services?
We buy wooden pallets at competitive prices and, in collaboration with our carpentry partners, refurbish, sell, or rent them out. Additionally, our carpentry partners can craft custom wooden items according to your specifications.
